Walter's & Associates Tax & Accounting Services, Inc. was formed in 2005 by its founder, Winston W. Walters a certified public accountant, who discovered that his analytical talents were better used by applying them where only he would be held accountable for the quality and results of his work. He is a Cum Laude Alumni, educated by the New York State University system, with over twenty years extensive Controller and Managerial Accounting background from companies such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Harcourt Brace.
Winston is a member of the Georgia Society of CPA's, IRS VITA Program, Board Member of Innovations Middle/Charter School and Habitat for Humane Society, as well as a a member of the St. Clouds Chambers of Commerce. He is a trusted and experienced financial advisor in accounting, taxation and a broad array of financial fields. His clientele includes the self-employed, sole proprietors, schools, corporate and private individuals. Winston is an IRS approved tax preparer and practicing member, certified by the US Board of Public Accountants.
